Led by Shaunie Henderson and her all-star team of seasoned storytellers, the company made its mark with the creation of the iconic Basketball Wives franchise.
At a time when few shows like it existed, it broke through and stayed, running for more than a decade and launching multiple spin-offs. Today, Amirah, Inc. continues to create culture-shaping stories that cut through the noise and get people talking.
The company is named in honor of Shaunie’s eldest daughter, Amirah, a symbol of legacy, empowerment, and the belief that the stories we tell now can shift generations to come.
